At Progressive18, our commitment is to deliver your orders safely, efficiently, and transparently. To do so, we have developed this Shipping and Delivery Policy, in which you will understand how your orders will be processed, shipped, and delivered.

By placing an order on Progressive18, you agree to the terms set out herein.

1) Order Processing Time

All products are processed after successful payment confirmation.

As many of the products are made-to-order or print-on-demand - processing times might vary.

  • Normal processing time: 2-5 business days
  • Processing may take more time during peak seasons or on holidays and promotions

Orders are not processed on weekends and public holidays

We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been processed successfully, and another notification once it has been shipped.

2) Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the method of shipment you choose during the check-out process.

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Estimated delivery time: 4-7 business days after dispatch

International Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 7-15 business days AFTER dispatch
  • Depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and local courier service availability, delivery times could differ

Please note: The delivery times provided are only an estimate, not a guarantee.

3) Shipping Charges

The cost of shipping is usually determined at the time of checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Package Weight and Size
  • Selected Shipping Method

Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed before confirming the payment.

4) Customs, Duties & International Orders

For international shipments:

  • Customs duties, taxes payable on imports, VAT, etc. may also apply
  • These charges are decided by the destination country.
  • Such charges will be solely the responsibility of the customer

Progressive18 is not responsible for:

  • Delays at customs
  • Additional import charges
  • Refused Shipments due to unpaid duties

In addition, if a package is sent back due to unpaid customs fees, there may also be re-shipping costs.

5) Shipping Address Responsibility

Shipping information needs to be provided by the customer.

Progressive18 has no liability for delays or non-delivery that is caused by:

  • Incorrect or Incomplete Address
  • Failure to Claim the Package
  • Unavailability at the delivery location

In case the order is returned because of an incorrect address, extra shipping costs might be incurred for re-dispatch.

6) Tracking Information

An email with a tracking number (where applicable) is sent once an order ships out.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to become active in the courier system.

7) Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Although we work with reliable shipping partners, problems can occur with deliveries.

If your package is delayed:

If possible, allow extra time for peak season dates and customs clearance.

If your package is marked delivered but has not been received:

  • Contact your local courier first
  • Check with the neighbors or building management
  • If unresolved, contact us within 7 days

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Contact Us within 7 Days of Delivery
  • Provide images of the damaged product and packaging
  • We will review and assist as per our Return & Refund Policy

8) Order Cancellations & Changes

Processing of orders commences almost immediately after receiving confirmation of payments.

As many items are made-to-order:

  • The changes or cancellation may not be feasible after the production has commenced
  • Contact us immediately if you need to request a modification

We don't guarantee cancellation after order placement.

9) Delivery Delays Beyond Our Control

Progressive18 is not responsible for delays that result from:

  • Natural Disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Customs Inspections
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Strikes or force majeure

In such conditions, timelines may also be extended without any liability.

10) Partial Shipments

In certain cases, an order containing multiple items may be shipped separately in order to give faster delivery service. There are no extra shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
