Return Policy
Within 7 days of the product's delivery, claims for defective, damaged, or incorrectly printed items must be made. All claims for packages lost in transportation must be made within 7 days from the anticipated delivery date.
If you find a problem with the products or anything else in the order, kindly notify us.
By default, the Progressive18 facility is the return address. Upon receipt of a returned package, an automated email message will be issued to you. Within 7 days of the sale, unclaimed returns are given to charity. You would be responsible for any returned shipments you receive if Progressive18's facility isn't listed as the return address.
Incorrect Address
The package will be returned to our facility if you give an unsatisfactory address. Once we have verified an updated address with you, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed
If a shipment is returned to our facility without being claimed, you will be responsible for paying for a new shipment to either your end user or yourself (if and as applicable).
Now you accept that any returned orders resulting from incorrect shipping addresses or failure to claim shipments will not be eligible for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your expense (without us offering a refund) if you haven't created an account on Progressive18.com and added a billing method.
